It: Chapter 2
The sequel to the first movie
IT horror movie about the second half of the book when the youngsters have grown up and return to Derry to meet again with the clown Pennywise. The film is expected to be premiered in 2019 and Bill Hader and James McAvoy are current for the project while Bill Skarsgård returns in the role of Pennywise.
Pet Sematary
A new vintage of Stephen King's classic horror novel will be produced and recently, it was reported that Jason Clarke is relevant to a role in the film.
The Dark Tower IV: Wizard and Glass
A 10-episode TV series is underway by The Dark Tower IV: Wizard and Glass, and according to The Hollywood Reporter , The Walking Dead producer Glen Mazzara will roam the project in land.
Castle Rock

A dark and exciting story from the book with the same name. It's about obsession, addiction and what can be found on the other side. Russell Crowe is confirmed for the project together with director Josh Boone who will also direct Kings The Stand .
Firestarter
Stephen King's story about a boy with supernatural powers flying away from the police. Deadline reports that the film will be directed by Akiva Goldsman and produced by Martha de Laurentiis who also contributed to the first filming of 1984. Some premiere dates are still unclear.
Sleeping Beauties
A new Stephen King book will be a television series and it's about a future where women mysteriously fall asleep. The TV series was planned before the book was released but no additional information is currently available.
Hearts in Atlantis
A 1999 Stephen King book, consisting of collective card histories , commonly told in chronological order. According to Variety, will be filmed and directed by British director Johannes Robert who, among other things, made the shark film 47 Meters Down .
The Talisman
The Talisman is a 1984 Stephen King book that deals with a man and his dying mother. British director Josh Boones will write script for his second King project. Originally thought of as a television series but according to Variety upgraded to a movie.
